About the Role
We are running two villa projects and a wellness retreat in Bali, and we want a quantity surveyor based there rather than flying in. You will measure the works, price them, and check every progress claim against what is actually built.
This is a two-year contract with a view to a permanent role if the Bali portfolio keeps growing.
What You Will Do
- 1Prepare bills of quantities and cost plans from architectural and structural drawings.
