You will own two to three projects at a time, carrying each one from the first site visit to the day the client gets their keys. That means you set the design direction, produce the documentation, and stand behind those drawings when the site team has questions.
Because we build what we design, the feedback loop here is short and unforgiving in the best way. A detail that does not work comes back to your desk within weeks, not years, and you get to fix it on the next project.
You will report to a design principal and work alongside an interior designer, a drafter, and the site engineer assigned to your projects. Client meetings are yours to lead, with a principal in the room for the first few.
Lead residential and small commercial projects from schematic design through construction administration, with a site team that answers to the same drawings you draw.
