About the Role

Most of the compromises in a finished building come from services that were coordinated too late. You will sit in design reviews from the start, size the systems, and make sure ceilings and shafts are planned around real ducts rather than optimistic ones.

You will work with external consultants on larger projects and carry the smaller ones yourself.

What You Will Do

1Prepare MEP schematic and detailed designs, including load calculations and equipment sizing.
2Coordinate service routes with the architectural and structural models before ceilings are fixed.
3Review shop drawings and equipment submittals from subcontractors.
4Inspect installation on site and witness testing and commissioning.
5Advise the design team on energy use and realistic operating costs.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
At least four years of MEP design experience on building projects.
Fluent with AutoCAD; Revit MEP is a strong advantage.
Familiar with SNI standards and local utility requirements.

MEP Engineer

Plan the systems nobody sees — power, water, and air — and coordinate them so they never fight the architecture.

Build Spaces Worth Standing In

We are architects, designers, and builders who care about how a space feels once the scaffolding comes down. If that sounds like you, let's talk.
